Booking Policies
- A 30% Non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking
- All events have 30 minutes to set up anything they like before the event and 30 minutes after to clean up. Outside food, cake, balloons, drinks are Allowed.
- A 30 day notice is required to Cancel or reschedule the DATE of your event (upon availability)
- Remaining balance is due at least 3 days before event
- All events require a 18% service fee that will be due with remaining balance
- As soon as party time comes to an end, staff will start cleanup to prepare for open play/or next booked party.
- Everyone entering the play area must remove shoes and wear Non Slip socks.
- Monday to Friday only.
