Booking Policies

30% Non-Refundable Deposit Is Required at Time of Booking to lock in the date for the event.

30 Day Notice Is Required to Cancel or Reschedule the Date of Your Event, Otherwise the Full Cost of The Party Will Be Charged.

Remaining Balance Is Due 3 Days Before the Event.

All Events Require a 18% Service Fee. Please note this is not a Tip.

Backdrops & Balloons Are Not Included with Package #1.

There Is a 15 Minute Grace Period to Leave After Your Party Is Over, or we will have to charge $250. (We would need to Clean, Sanitize & Prep for the Next Event)

Backdrops CAN NOT Be Hung on The Walls or Ceilings.

NO FOOD OR DRINKS are allowing in the play area, after the 2nd warning a $250 fee will be charge to the host of the party.

Everyone Entering Our Play Area & Sitting Area Must Remove Shoes and Wear None Slip Socks. In The Event of Our Play Mat Get Damaged There Will Be A $250 Fee Charged.

Please respect the children and their health, walking with shoes in the play area & sitting area is EXTREMELY PROHIBITED. After the second warning there will be a cleaning and sanitizing fee of $250.
